On Android, LA2L Sender can be in the share menu of every app that shares sound files. Install it once: in Chrome, open the menu, tap Add to home screen and choose Install (a plain shortcut is not enough). Then open it once from your home screen.
Android only: from Chrome on any phone, or from Samsung Internet on a Samsung phone. Not in Firefox, and not on iPhone or iPad.
